Capture Technologies Provides ID and Security Solutions for The Mavericks Surf Contest® Presented by Sony Ericsson

HALF MOON BAY, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Capture Technologies, a leading provider of security integration and identification solutions has partnered with Mavericks in support of the world-renowned big-wave Mavericks Surf Contest®. On just 24 hours' notice between November '09 and March '10, 24 elite surfers will travel from around the globe to Half Moon Bay, CA (News - Alert) - the home of Mavericks, one of the largest, most dangerous, surf-breaks in the world - to compete in the event that balances the skills of professional surfers, the unpredictability of Mother Nature, and a $150,000 total prize purse.

Capture Technologies is a proud sponsor of Mavericks, and is the official provider of all Mavericks Official Competitor and Media credentials, identification and security cards. This year, Capture Technologies' security and ID solutions for the event are bioPVC based, an environmentally healthy product that is fully biodegradable immediately upon contact with a fertile environment.
