Integral Systems Cancels Cowen & Company Aerospace/Defense Conference Presentation Due to Severe Winter Weather

COLUMBIA, Md., Feb 9, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Integral Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ISYS) ("Company") today announced that its Chief Financial Officer, William Bambarger, will not be presenting at the Cowen & Company 31st Annual Aerospace/Defense Conference on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, due to winter weather related travel closings on the eastern coast of the United States and severe winter weather expected for the Mid-Atlantic region starting on Wednesday, February 10th. The Company is therefore cancelling their presentation and its associated webcast.
