Rajant Names Hank Ottey Chief Engineer - Sales & Support Services

Rajant Corporation, the pioneer of Kinetic Mesh Networks and provider of proven, multi-frequency mesh networking solutions, today announced the addition of Hank Ottey. Mr. Ottey will serve as Chief Engineer - Sales & Support Services.

In his new role, Mr. Ottey is responsible for providing world class support to Rajant's global roster of customers and resellers. He also will assist in customer site design, analysis and testing. He will report to Rajant Chief Operating Officer Scott Beer.

Mr. Ottey joins Rajant after spending the past seven years with MeshDynamics, a provider of high-performance mesh Wi-Fi networking equipment. Along with developing the company's impressive training program and leading the engineering teams behind pilot-deployments and customer demonstrations, Mr. Ottey focused on markets that are important to Rajant, including military, mining, emergency, municipal, public safety and more, resulting in more than $5 million in sales.

Prior to MeshDynamics, Mr. Ottey held positions with Clever Industries, EJ Enterprises and served as a Research Affiliate at the Laboratory for Physical Sciences in College Park, Maryland.
