ValueVision Media to Report Q4 FY 2012 Results and Host Conference Call March 6 at 4:30 p.m. ET

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, Feb 20, 2013 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- ValueVision Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: VVTV), a multichannel electronic retailer operating as ShopNBC (www.shopnbc.com), today announced that it will release its fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2012 results after the market closes on Wednesday, March 6, and management will host a conference call / webcast to review the results at 4:30 pm ET the same day. Participating in the call will be Keith Stewart, CEO; Bob Ayd, President; Bill McGrath, CFO; and Carol Steinberg, COO. The call and webcast are open to the general public.

ValueVision will also be participating in the Piper Jaffray Technology, Media, & Telecommunications Conference on Wednesday, March 13 at the Le Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City.

Going forward, the Company expects to follow the same practice of releasing quarterly results after market closes.
