Frontier Communications' Awesome Broadband Offer for Residential and Commercial Consumers

STAMFORD, Conn. --(Business Wire)--

Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: FTR), the largest communications services provider focused on rural America, has a simple and affordable broadband offer for residential and commercial consumers in its markets.

Residential customers ordering Frontier broadband for the first time can start at just $19.99/month with a qualifying phone service. The offer includes a three-year price lock on voice and broadband, no contract and no early termination fees. There's no Internet activation fee and a free self-installation kit is available in most areas. This $19.99 offer is also open to current Frontier phone customers who subscribe to a Digital Phone (News - Alert) and new broadband service. Residential customers can purchase higher speed packages, where available, at equally attractive rates.

Frontier's voice and broadband offer for commercial customers starts at just $69.99/month and includes free installation when a two- or three-year plan is selected. Businesses may also purchase higher-speed packages where available.

Cecilia K. McKenney, Exeutive Vice President of Administrative Services at Frontier, noted that the offer is about more than a great price. "It gives consumers an awesome amount of flexibility and choice. By offering new broadband speed tiers to residential and commercial customers and eliminating contracts and early termination fees on our residential offers, we are truly simplifying the broadband experience." She added that the commercial offer includes new broadband speed tiers, all-in pricing and price protection plans.

"This offer reflects our belief that great products and service are key to delighting new and current voice customers," said Mrs. McKenney. "We're throwing out the traditional ways companies `tie up' residential customers and providing price protection options for commercial customers because we are confident consumers will respond to offers that don't require a law degree to understand."
