Spirit AeroSystems Inks Agreement for Spare Parts with Pacific American Corporation

Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. recently inked new supply agreement with Pacific American Corporation, a purchasing arm for Hainan Airlines Company Limited (HNA).
As per the new agreement, Spirit Aftermarket Customer Support (ACS (News - Alert)) will provide thrust reverser, fuselage and wing component spare parts for the Hainan Airlines Company Limited (HNA) fleet of Boeing aircraft.
HNA is an airline headquartered in the HNA Development Building in Haikou, Hainan, People's Republic of China. It is a privately-owned air transport company and the fourth-largest airline in terms of fleet size in the People's Republic of China.
It operates scheduled domestic and international services on 500 routes from Hainan and nine locations on the mainland, as well as charter services.

Spirit AeroSystems is a specialist in manufacturing aerostructures for commercial aircraft. In addition to its Wichita and Chanute facilities in Kansas, Spirit has locations in Tulsa and McAlester, Okla.; Kinston, N.C.; Prestwick, Scotland; Preston, England; Subang, Malaysia; and Saint-Nazaire, France.
In the U.S., Spirit's core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components. Additionally, Spirit provides aftermarket customer support services, including spare parts, maintenance/repair/overhaul, and fleet support services in North America, Europe and Asia.
