American Roamer (News - Alert), a provider of mapping and information solutions to the telecommunications industry, announced that, Iowa Wireless Services has launched American Roamer's CellMaps application for i wireless and their new online coverage viewer. The coverage viewer delivers online and interactive detailed wireless coverage information to the company's more than 500,000 wireless subscribers nationwide.
With CellMaps, offering interactive coverage maps on a corporate web site is no longer reserved for Fortune 500 companies. American Roamer makes dynamic web maps accurate and affordable for medium and smaller businesses.
Features of CellMaps include, display of service area interactively, zoom out for a national image or zoom in for a local view, pan in eight directions as it follows the coverage along ones travel route, works with all major web browsers, display coverage in varying colors signifying different levels of service and highlights the availability of new advanced services.
American Roamer's CellMaps viewer allows the coverage updates to be done quickly and simply. i wireless' CellMaps shows their nationwide and MEGAtalk coverage as well as their Nationwide Data coverage.
